Deja Beug Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Deja Beug is wholly owned and operated through (Haututu House Limited).

1. Definitions

  • "Seller": Refers to Deja Beug (haututu House limited), the provider of the goods.

  • "Buyer": The individual or entity purchasing goods from the Seller.

  • "Goods": The products offered for sale by the Seller.

2. Orders

  • Acceptance: All orders are subject to Seller acceptance. A contract is formed only when the Seller confirms the order in writing.

  • Minimum Order Value: The minimum order value is $500.00. Orders below this value will not be processed.

3. Pricing

  • Currency: All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

  • GST: As the Seller is not registered for GST, no GST is charged on the Goods.

  • Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed-upon price. 6-week to change, wholesalers with annual purchases over $5,000.00 will be informed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [Bank Transfer/Credit Card/Other Methods].

  • Payment Due Date: Payment is due 14 days from the invoice date.

  • Late Payments: Overdue payments may incur interest at 2% per month (24% per annum).

5. Delivery

  • Shipping: Goods are delivered within New Zealand by courier. The Buyer covers freight (unless discussed before invoicing), and the courier charge will be specified on the invoice. Wholesale orders do not qualify for retail shipping discounts.

  • Risk and Title: Risk in the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery. Title to the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment is received.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Policy: All sales are final. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions, the Seller does not accept returns or issue refunds.

  • Defective Goods: If Goods are found to be defective upon delivery, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 30 days. At its discretion, the Seller will replace the faulty Goods or issue a credit note.

7. Warranties

  • The Seller warrants that the Goods supplied are of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose.

  • Our water pipes have a 2-month replacement warranty for leaks or breakages that aren't the user's fault.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Seller's liability for any claim arising out of the supply of Goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods.

  • The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including profit, revenue, or business loss.

9. Governing Law

  • The laws of New Zealand govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes arising may be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

10. Amendments

  • The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will be available on the Seller's website.
